Aishwarya Bansal, a fashion influencer and entrepreneur, has elevated the art of proposals by popping the question to her partner Amulya while they were mid-flight. She shared a video of the proposal on Instagram, where it quickly went viral, amassing over seven million views.

Although there were concerns about whether the airline crew would permit it, everything worked out flawlessly. The proposal happened on an Indigo flight, with the airline’s staff and Bansal’s friends coordinating to make the surprise come together perfectly.
In the video, Bansal walks down the aisle toward Amulya. A flight attendant’s voice is heard announcing, “Ladies and gentlemen, we have a special message for a special couple on board. Requesting Mr. Amulya for his kind attention.”
Bansal then kneels, proposes to her partner, and places a ring on his finger. Amulya said yes. Additionally, the crew sent the couple a dessert and a congratulatory card, wishing them hundreds of adventures together. Shaadi.com’s Instagram account commented, “Boarding pass to forever.”
Many social media users observed a man in a pink T-shirt sitting next to Bansal during the proposal, seemingly ignoring the entire event. At one point, he is seen putting on his headphones.
Noticing this, the official handle of Ajio wrote, “The guy in the pink shirt just gave up on everything.”
