What profession were you in before you started creating content, and when did you decide to take the plunge?
I was a law student when I was first professionally introduced to the world of content creation. I decided to do both side by side, as it was during the lockdown era. Attending lectures and giving exams online made it a bit easier. However, when my college reopened, juggling both became tough, but it was an amazing roller coaster ride!
When you started content creation, did you ever think you’d grow so much?
No, never! Hahaha. I did it purely for fun and posted whenever I felt like it. But I remember the day someone texted me saying they were a fan and were desperately waiting for me to upload a new video. I was sooo happyyy!
Any tips for budding creators? How is it different now than it was when you first started?
When I started, there weren’t too many creators out there. Now, there’s a lot of competition. You have to be unique and stand out by doing something that others won’t be able to replicate. Add your own personal touch to it. Just put your own ‘element’ into the magical world of content. Have that one special “ohh, yeh toh woh hai” feature that distinguishes you from others.
How cluttered is your space and what do you do to stand out?
Honestly, the amount of talent I see every day makes me worry about my future. But I stay true to my roots by being relatable and making others feel like I’ve installed a CCTV camera in their homes, creating content based on whatever they think and do. I feel like people see me as more of a family member than a public figure.
Any crazy fan stories?
The first fangirl I met was when I had around 50k followers. My hands were shaking while taking a selfie because I was so nervous! I was having fun at a khau gali with my family, and the shop from where we were eating paneer tikka didn’t charge us after they saw people taking selfies with me—hahaha!
Also, one fan I recently met at a crowded place shook my hand and tried to secretly remove my ring. It was quite noticeable, but luckily it wasn’t that expensive! I’m still unsure if that was funny or creepy…
Tell us about a brand you really enjoyed creating content for.
I love working with all my brands. The better the reach of a branded video, the more thrilled and excited I am to write for future brands!
You can’t take long breaks from the internet, and no matter how you feel, you have to show up regularly. Do you sometimes feel under pressure to be consistent and post content regularly?
Not gonna lie, I’m very, very consistent. For me, work is worship. Even if I wanted to, I could never take long breaks because it goes against my ethics. Posting every day gives me an adrenaline rush, and I need that spark, that enthusiasm, for myself more than for others. The feeling of putting something out there that you made with all your thoughts and effort, and then receiving acknowledgment and love from people, is something I’ll never get bored of.
What was the defining moment for you?
Seeing my parents happy and proud, and hearing them talk about my achievements to everyone they meet—even strangers!
How is content creation different from other professions? What are the perks and challenges?
There are perks and challenges in every field. In content creation, we’re our own boss, HR, salesperson, and PR. Unlike others, we don’t have to wake up and rush to an office, but there is constant pressure to be the best. There’s also a dilemma in our minds that tortures us with questions like, “Am I enough? What am I doing? How can I be better? How can I achieve what she has? How did she get it when I deserved it more?”
No one likes to admit it, but there’s always a toxic comparison in every field. We aren’t time-bound, but sometimes we go overboard to put something out there for a brand or ourselves. Our mental health is often not up to the mark, and being glued to our phones for editing and scripting makes our eyes scream for sleep—but that happens everywhere, doesn’t it?
Tell us about the ups and downs you’ve experienced before you got this far.
I have cried during exams because I thought I wouldn’t make it. I was never willing to compromise my reach, engagement, or consistency. Even during assignments, vivas, and submissions, I sacrificed sleep—stayed up a little longer to study and found time during the day to put on some concealer and lipstick, make videos, create a stack, and post them later when I was busy.
I’ve been questioned multiple times by my professors about my future, and I’ve openly told them exactly how I wanted it to be—without fearing they’d give me fewer marks. There have been ups and downs emotionally and mentally, but somehow content creation pulled me out and gave me a new life.
Which is your most viral reel? How long did it take you to create it, and did you anticipate its success? Reel Link
A lot of my reels have gone viral—from my school, college, tuition teacher, and girlfriend series. Some I thought would have great engagement turned out to be pretty average, and some I made just for fun ended up being drastically loved by people.
My most loved video was just a nostalgic, funny throwback from my childhood.

Who are your favorite content creators and who do you wish to collaborate with?
A lot of creators have helped me become who I am today. I’m also inspired by a lot of new creators who have a magical spark in them. When I see their videos, I just think, “Yaar, yeh kya mast hai.”
So, I wouldn’t name anyone, but I’m secretly manifesting that we create something phenomenal together someday!
What’s next for you?
Shhh… you’ll see it for yourself!
